Hello everyone, to my readers out there, hope you are holding up fine during this pandemic.
1. If you live in a shoebox, do spend more time at the balcony for fresh air and sense of wider space, as you may be restricted in milling around the estate.
2. Have your personal corners to keep sane.
3. Set up a schedule if necessary, for bathroom use and TV time.
4. Make use of technology like smartphones and tablets.
5. Talk softly, be respectful of other occupants' needs.
6. Do house chores together.
7. Do on the spot exercises like rope skipping, aerobics, yoga and body weight training.
8. Continue to chat and communicate regularly with your family and friends!
9. Don't coop up at home the whole day. At least (at most) once a day, exit the building for essential errands such as taking away a meal, walking the dog if you have one or just a quick stroll around the estate for some fresh air and take a breather for sanity.
