High 3.2m ceiling. 4. Very spacious master bathrooms. 5. Dont like time limited finishing options sales tactic eg. for free Marble flooring and glass partition panels for bedroom. 6. Piped in encased aircon is nice touch. 7. Developer track record in question. 8. 2000psf for mid floor one bedder is... WOW. 9. Verdict: Find better value elsewhere.
